Uncommon Ground is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Our products are printed locally after you order. We make every effort to display product colors, prints, and details accurately, but colors can vary from screen to screen, and small variations in printing and blank garments are a normal part of the process. Product descriptions, sizing, and availability may change without notice.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there’s an error in pricing or product information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you’ve been charged, we’ll refund the amount charged.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information.

5. Shipping, returns, and gift cards

Shipping and local pickup are described in our Shipping Policy , and returns and refunds in our Return Policy . Gift cards can be used for purchases in our online store, cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and are not returnable.

The Services and everything on them, including the Uncommon Ground name, the UG mark, product designs, phrases, text, photographs, and graphics, are owned by Uncommon Ground or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The Services may include tools or links provided by third parties. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for third-party sites, products, or services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Uncommon Ground is powered by Shopify. Payments and certain features are processed by Shopify and its partners, and information you submit through the Services is shared with Shopify as described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify is not responsible for our products or for these Terms.
