Returns

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days after your order arrives to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached, and returned with your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email rabbott@fivesixthree.co with your order number and the item you’d like to return. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without an approved return request won’t be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll make it right with a replacement at no cost. Please don’t send the item back unless we ask you to.

•          Sale items

•          Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

We’ll email you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know whether your refund was approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at rabbott@fivesixthree.co
