Shipping policy

Made locally, to order

Every Uncommon Ground piece is printed locally in Jackson County, Iowa, after you order it. Please allow 5–7 business days for printing before your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start the next business day.

Shipping rates

• Free shipping on US orders of $75 or more.

• Orders under $75 ship at the rate shown at checkout.

Delivery times

Once your order ships, most US deliveries arrive in 3–5 business days by USPS or UPS. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses can take an additional 3–7 business days. APO/FPO/DPO orders always ship by USPS. PO boxes are accepted.

We currently ship within the United States only. If you’re outside the US and would like to order, email us and let us know.

Holiday orders

To receive your order by Christmas, please order by December 7. Gift cards are delivered by email and can be sent any time.

Local pickup

Live nearby? Choose local pickup at checkout and skip shipping. We’ll email you when your order is ready, with pickup details.

Tracking

You’ll receive an order confirmation email, then a shipping email with tracking once your order is on its way. Larger orders may ship in more than one package, each with its own tracking number, at no extra cost. If your tracking hasn’t updated in five business days, contact us.

Address changes

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, email us right away. We can correct it at no charge before your order is printed. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll reship it once you confirm the correct address.

Lost packages

If your tracking hasn’t moved for 7 days, contact us within 30 days of the last tracking update. We’ll reprint and reship your order at no cost, or issue a full refund if the item is no longer available.

Damaged or incorrect items

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost. For sizing, fit, or change-of-mind returns, see our Return Policy .
